If your account credentials are not recognised by AMPLYFI, please try the ‘forgot password?’ link on the login page and follow the instructions. Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email with a link you should follow to reset your password.
If you do not receive your ‘password reset’ email, please check your spam folder.
If you suspect your username (your email address) is not correct, please check the email address on the initial ‘welcome’ email – this will be the same as your username.
