Sales Development Represenative (SDR), to be based in Reading

A chance to join AMPLYFI’s Sales Organisation. The SDR is responsible for collaborating with their Account Executive (AE), marketing and other wider functions to meet “top of funnel” targets. The SDR will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is target-driven, enjoys interaction with prospects and colleagues alike, has a hunger to learn about AMPLYFI & wider software sales and is willing to go the extra mile for the company.

AMPLYFI is a scale-up company with aggressive growth ambitions. The SDR role can and should be viewed as an opportunity to join AMPLYFI’s Sales and wider Growth Team and as a springboard to progress into more senior roles within those teams. Test Analyst, to be based in Cardiff

Operating within the AMPLYFI Engineering team, the test analyst will ensure that all our deliveries meet our expected quality standards and that we continue to deliver world class solutions using machine learning and natural language processing techniques to provide insights into technologies, markets and companies.

The test analyst will need to be responsive and actively engaged in supporting our remote / distributed tech teams, helping to shape our testing function and ensuring high quality process as well as high quality applications. You will have a willingness to challenge, motivate yourself and others to continually reflect and adapt to improve quality and delivery cadence, help others by undertaking general tasks not related to your discipline when required, maintain and improve your own skillset to ensure it stays relevant to the current market and industry trends and a diligent and conscientious approach to completing work on time and to a high level of quality.  

Responsibilities of the role will include to identify and implement best practice for your discipline, encouraging and championing change within the department, prepare, maintain and execute manual and automated Acceptance and Regression tests across the AMPLYFI application estate, provide general advice and guidance on functional and non-functional testing throughout the company, provide support and guidance to AMPLYFI’s internal users during demos and exploratory testing sessions, provide analysis to support the team and understand and embrace Agile principles to establish efficient working practices within your team.
