General Account Activities

Completing your account setup


Your organisation representative will liaise with the AMPLYFI customer delivery team to set up your account using your company email address. You will then receive an email to complete the setup process by setting your account password.

If you have not received your ‘password setup’ email, please check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact your organisation representative or support@amplyfi.com.

Logging in


You can log in to your AMPLYFI account via the AMPLYFI homepage or account.amplyfi.com.

From this page you will see which applications you have access to and will be able to open them from here. You can also manage your account from this page.

Don’t forget to bookmark the login page so you can access your account more easily.

Forgotten password/problems logging in


If your account credentials are not recognised by AMPLYFI, please try the ‘forgot password?’ link and follow the instructions. Shortly afterwards, you will receive an email with a link you should follow to reset your password.

If you do not receive your ‘password reset’ email, please check your spam folder.

If you suspect your username (your email address) is not correct, please check the email address on the initial ‘password setup’ email – this will be the same as your username. If you are still having trouble, please contact your organisation representative or support@amplyfi.com.

Changing your password


Log in to your account via the AMPLYFI homepage or account.amplyfi.com. Click on your profile icon at the top right of the page and select ‘MY ACCOUNT’. From here you can change your password.
